Going through a divorce is oftentimes one of the toughest experiences of a person’s life.

Their emotional and financial world has been turned upside down. These people are coming to me at one of the lowest and most difficult points in their lives. And I believe that it is my job to put their mind at ease and support them through the divorce process.

Connecticut Divorce

For the vast majority of my clients, getting a divorce is their first experience with a court process. On top of the stress and financial burden of a divorce, they now have to deal with the anxiety of court as well. All of these factors can quickly take their toll on those facing divorce. I know how overwhelming this is, and I want to make this experience as easy as possible by guiding my clients through the divorce process.

Through my hard work in family law cases, I have been honored as a Special Master in the Family Division of the Hartford, New Britain, and Tolland Superior Courts. Special Masters have a lot of experience and knowledge about divorce law in Connecticut. We help parties negotiate and settle their divorce cases without having to go to trial.

When it comes to working with clients, I deliver strategic solutions with precision skills. I honed these skills in global deals at international firms to help clients solve their real-world legal challenges, including custody and litigation disputes. In this way, I can bring the experience of a big firm and the personable nature of of a small firm together, giving the best representation to my clients.

My Practice

My primary focus is on a very active family law practice where I represent litigants in divorce and custody disputes. I always seek to resolve such personal and trying disputes in the most collaborative manner possible. But, I am also always prepared to advocate for my clients assertively and zealously. I represent the voice for my clients in an overwhelming situation, and I take that duty seriously.

Through my work with divorce cases in Connecticut, I know that no two divorce cases are the same. Each family and divorce situation is unique. Because of this, I won’t give you and your family a cookie cutter solution to your unique issues. I will work with you to sort out these issues and get you the result that you want in divorce. I will be your advocate throughout this process. We will get through this process together.

Beyond the practice of law, I am a photographer and I handle assignments on behalf of Connecticut Food and Farm Magazine. I live in Farmington with my wife, Sarah, and my three adorable children: Rex, Ruby, and Riley.
